Learn More of Our Work

Future4 All works with vulnerable communities
in both rural and semi-urban contexts, in both development and humanitarian contexts. In these contexts, with our partners, government and volunteers, we seek to identify individuals and groups that are most vulnerable especially women, children, people with physical and mental challenges.

Who We Are

Future4All Malawi is a local, independent humanitarian, non-governmental, non-profit, and non-partisan organisation, which was founded by Lemani Ngaiyaye in 2018 to improve the living standards of marginalised people through an inclusive, holistic educational approach in Malawi. Future4All Malawi was registered in 2018 as Future4All with the Registrar General – Registration Number TR/INC./7571 and with NGO Regulatory Authority registration number NGO/L/19/035. Our interventions include Quality Education support, Early Childhood Development, scholarships, livelihoods, environmental restoration, and health. Future4All mainly targets vulnerable groups in rural communities, such as children, women, and the youth.

Our History

Since 2018 Future 4 All and our partners implemented community development projects in education (community libraries, pre-school, primary, secondary, tertiary & technical), environmental management, Food and Nutrition Security, HIV/AIDS, water and sanitation, youth and women empowerment reaching out to 3000 people of whom 1542 are women and 1458 are children and the youth

Our Roadmap

As we look to the future, we are resolute in our commitment to learn and transform ourselves to the changing context, contribute to the bigger picture in a smarter way to positively change the lives of the communities we serve. With others across the development sector we will change the narrative and reshape the power dynamics to the benefit of the marginalized

Strategic Focus

In the next five years, our work with communities will be within the Framework of the MW2063 footprint which has shifted the development trajectory from poverty reduction to rather wealth creation and self -reliance. Our four key areas of focus have been carefully selected to address the key hurdles to household and community wealth creation and economic growth but also considering our wealth of experience and niche
